Rufus Wainwright, the talented singer-songwriter with a penchant for operatic balladry and baroque pop gorgeousness, was in the central Virginia region very recently. He appeared at Charlottesville's Jefferson Theater on Wednesday, March 21 in support of his soon-to-be-released seventh album, Out Of The Game, which will be released next month on Decca/Polydor and features production by Mark Ronson.
