Lamb Of God vocalist Randy Blythe, who was arrested earlier this summer in Prague, will be returning home. Blythe remains under investigation in relation to the death of a fan after a 2010 Lamb Of God concert in Prague, Czech Republic, but he has not been formally charged, and Czech judicial courts have denied a request by prosecuting attorneys that Blythe be denied bail on grounds that he was a flight risk.
The investigation of the incident by Czech authorities is not expected to be concluded until the end of the year, at which point authorities will decide whether to formally file charges against Blythe. Therefore, it can't really be known at this point whether Blythe's legal issues with this particular case are permanently at an end. However, Lamb Of God has decided to make the most of Blythe's freedom, and the band immediately set about rescheduling the US tour they'd had to cancel as a result of Blythe's incarceration. They currently have tentative plans to hit the road again in late October.
