Fan Ran of Divine Profitz has just released a new solo track, "Train Wreck," and it is hot! With Ran doing all the rhymes and the production on the track, it's a true one-man effort, driven by a funky bass-and-percussion loop and featuring a sample that I'm pretty sure is Richard Pryor yelling "Goddamn!"You might be yelling too when you hear this--and you'll probably wanna dance as well. "Train Wreck" is our first glimpse of Ran's upcoming album, The Never Was, which is a joint venture through Pyrex Palace, Main Street Mafia, and Gritty City Records, and will be out in a few months.
