This weekend, North Shields Avenue will be used to remember a famed local artist - Jonny Zanin. Zanin died in 2007 at the age of 26. Organizers of the fest will gather for the 6th year in a row to help celebrate his life and support local youth-art collective Art 180.
"The festival honors his legacy, celebrates his spirit, and promotes art, music, community and friendship."
