We've told you a bunch about this event already, but a reminder never hurts, so: Deanna Danger Productions & Boom Boom Basics are returning to the historic Byrd Theatre this Sunday for their second annual Holidays At The Movies presentation--and you could see it for free! A special themed burlesque and vaudeville performance featuring a variety of Christmas-themed routines, skits, and presentations, this extravaganza will keep you entertained throughout the evening! The evening will feature performances from noted RVA burlesque dancers Deepa De Jour, Bitsy Buttons, Puppie Buffe, Scarlet Starlet, Buster Britches, and more, plus Miss Deanna Danger herself, as well as special guest Hazel Honeysuckle, coming to town all the way from NYC! Your host will be master vaudevillian and Slomski Cabaret leader Mark Slomski, together with award-winning drag performer Miss Magnolia Jackson Pickett Burnside. Plus, there will be appearances by those lovable balcony-dwelling curmudgeons the Film Roasters, a holiday film montage from photographer/videographer Todd Raviotta, and a special introduction provided by Byrd Theatre organist Bob Gulledge on the Mighty Wurlitzer!
