The Horrors are an excellent post-punk group from the UK, and this single comes from their second album, 2009's Primary Colors. That record was a huge hit in England, and met with universal critical acclaim, but for some reason it never really caught fire here in the US. Therefore, you may have missed this track and its accompanying video, which is filled with the sort of brightly colored psychedelic imagery that may cause sensory overload for unwary viewers. Be prepared, though, because it's really quite a sight to see, and you're gonna want to check it out. The song itself is pretty great too, harking back to that awesome early 90s tremolo guitar sound used by My Bloody Valentine, Ride, and other UK bands of the era--most of which, coincidentally enough, also didn't really catch on in the US. Since releasing this single, The Horrors have come out with a third album, Skying, which was released in 2011. We don't recommend that you sleep on that one either.
