In the wake of the success of their lauded debut album, Moves, with its romantic-esque indie pop sound, Richmond dream rockers White Laces have released a new EP, //////Interzone. This EP, available for free (or a voluntary donation) from their bandcamp page, speaks to the band's prolific work ethic, which has seen them release a self-titled 12-inch vinyl EP on Shdwply Records, several split vinyl releases, and five music videos since 2011.

Their new five-song EP, consisting of live recordings from two different sessions, features a few previously released songs, as well as a new song called "Deep Moves" and version of Moves track "Crawl/Collapse" featuring an extended sax solo contributed by Ben Miller of Tungs. This EP will surely please fans of the band, tiding them over while they eagerly await new material--which is surely forthcoming before too long, as White Laces recently mentioned on facebook that they'll be heading back into the studio soon.

White Laces will be playing several shows in the Mid-Atlantic area over the next few weeks, including two here in Richmond: a benefit for the RVA Home Project on Friday, February 22, and opening for Ducktails, featuring members of Real Estate, on Wednesday, March 6. Both of these shows are at Strange Matter. //////Interzone can be downloaded from White Laces' bandcamp page, or stream it below.
