The documentary “Living for 32” is the inspirational true story of Colin Goddard, a survivor of the tragic Virginia Tech massacre that took place on April 16th, 2007. A screening will take place at the Richmond YWCA on North Fifth Street, at 12:30. Then, at three, there will be a vigil to remember victims of gun violence at the Bell Tower on state capitol grounds.
Colin Goddard’s passion, charisma and optimism have commanded the attention of the American public and media ever since that horrific day which left 32 dead and 17 injured. The film is a powerful portrait of Goddard, his account of the terror he and his classmates endured, and the courageous journey of renewal and hope he chose to pursue. Goddard now works for The Brady Campaign.
